Hi Tom, I no nothing about the RN, but they are "Queens Crown" so they will be post 1953.

Tom,

The first one is a Fleet Air Arm blazer badge modelled on pilot's wings. The second is a Petty Officer's cap badge, As Ade says post '53 due to the crown. The Petty Officer's is private purchase and of much better quality than 'slops' issue items.
