payment ERROR WAF member

I tried twice to renew my membership of WAF but twice it gave me error.
He twice charged me $ 35 on my credit card.
I can't write MP because the quota expired, I exceeded the limit. I tried to write emails to some moderators but nobody answered me.
Can anyone help me?
