waf pm's - create a folder/move to folder

    waf pm's - create a folder/move to folder

    my pm's are nearly full up. i normally download them on to my pc but i noticed an option to move them to a folder and a link sends you to "create a folder".

    can someone please explain what this option does? does this folder use up pm space?
