Technical question re. Private Message Inbox and contents thereof

Hello. I have a bit of a technical question...

My Private Message mailbox is always full or on the verge of being full. I know, simple answer is, "delete" the messages. But there is so much useful info and contact info, and members that I've become acquainted with, I want to save the messages. Is there a good way for me to save the messages? What format would they be in? Would they still be easy to read and sort through??

Or is there a way to increase my mailbox size on the WAF??

Can't you just copy and paste them to another program on your computer.

Well, I guess in theory that's possible. Seems a little inefficient with probably close to 150 messages. Has to be a more stream-lined way!
