WW2 video on ytube

I hope someone can walk me through how to save a video posted in Youtube. It is titled "Waffen SS surrender in Pilzen". Even time I try to save it on my desktop it is gone when I go back and click it. Video shows a Heer Puma crew surrendering to the American forces. I have the insignia that belonged to the commander of the Puma crew and I want to save it to document the insignia. If someone can help it would be great.

If you use Modzilla (browser) then add the download helper on as an extension.
