Internet semi kaput?

Anybody experiencing issues with the Internet, Yahoo Mail?
Some sites load ok-ish ( like this one) other sites do not.
Message is ‘server not found’ and if they load they do not load fully.

Just interested in knowing if it is worldwide, or area specific ( Caribbean).
Same issues with Apple products as with the normal PC products.

Internet a bit spotty at the start but getting a bit better.

Some providers have degraded items ie UTUBE now no longer doing hi definition to save on band width, ditto some providers throttling back so you end up with a longer ping time response and download.

As the systems will be running hot as every one starts really locking down it would help if they binned all the bloody advertising and streaming stupid clips on the major web sites, this to free up band width for actual information.

They wont of course as its money, even though I really don't feel the need to travel anywhere exotic if you know what I mean? No offence intended :-)
