I received a notification on WAF that my transaction did not work – I tried again and still received an error message.
However I just received two separate invoices.
Can you confirm the transaction went through and that I did not double book? If so, can you authorize a refund of the second payment. Workflow on the payment service WAF is using is not working properly at this time.
Also, info@bianchi-corp.com (info@bianchi-corp.com) email is not working, so have posted issue here. If you get this message, please email me at: mihailovj@roguedata.com so I can provide proof of incorrect invoicing.
