Third and last volume devoted to Wallonia during the period 1940-1945. The "secondary" figures of the French-speaking Belgian units in German uniform are listed, as are the senior executives or members of the various political, paramilitary and police formations who served on Belgian territory during the period. To name the most important: Rex, AGRA, Youth Rexist / Youth Legionnaire, Formations de Combat, Formation B, Brigades of the D.S.I. In total, more than 700 biographical entries.
