    The 11th Day

    Has anyone heard anything about the movie The 11th Day, set to debut this summer? It is about the battle for Crete, 1941. The site below has a trailer - I'm not impressed with the glimpses I've seen - too many scenes of FJ's gunning down rows of civilians - but I'm happy to see the battle for Crete getting some attention.

    Looks quite cheezy..........Greek characters remind me of the "Fiddler on the Roof" movie. I'm surprised that a real good movie hasn't been made about his brutal battle yet.
