    Update on postage

    HI folks

The first of the books have been posted today and during that, discovered that this book, being thicker than Klaus' book, pushes this into the 'small parcel' category.

Please see below for updated postage costs, based on the above change.

    UK: £27.50
    Europe: £33.00
    USA: £38.00
    Canada: £38.00
    Australia: £38.75

    Regards
    Peter

Are you using printed papers rate? It is much cheaper than small parcel rate!

From the UK, yes, printed papers, but they also factor in weight and size of parcel.

This is as small as I can physically get it (wrapped in the typical 'Amazon' small book cardboard), but it does then not go through the 'large letter slot'! Frsutrating, but the book is the thickness it is.

        Regards
        Peter

Thanks to those of you that have ordered this reprint.

The majority of the pre-orders have been posted today, with 50% of the print run now sold.

            Thanks
            Peter
