Unfortunately at the moment this book is available in italian language, but I think it's worthy to be mentioned anyway, since this is the only one around about this specific argument.
An earlier version of this work was published nearly 30 years ago. Since then the florentine author Cesare Calamandrei continued to collect informations. This new edition has been enlarged with 40 more pages.
The book has 416 pages, fully illustrated with drawings and B/W pictures. The author preferred the drawings to the pictures, because with these it was much easier to show certain particular details of the bayonets.
"Baionette italiane 1814 – 2017", by Cesare Calamandrei. Ed. Idea Libri 2018. Price: 50 €.
