Having studied WWII for about 55 years I thought I had heard it all. I caught a "History Detectives" show last week about Japanese zero engine parts a fellow had from his dad. It seems a Zero crashed on a privately owned Hawaiian island north of Pearl Harbor. There is murder and foreign intrigue etc. This one incident may have helped cause the internment of Japanese Americans. Check it out on Wikipedia.
