Bill Shea volume two photo book is out now

For those of you who enjoyed his first book there is now volume two available on his website, the making of a collectorholic 2' The first volume is packed with wonderful photos and stories, I've picked it off my shelf several times over the past year for a reread and feel it was worth the money. Check it out on his website 'The Ruptured Duck'
100.00 US shipped, signed and inscribed. A great buy IMO.

I never herd about the first book, and just checked it out on amazon. 98% 5 star reviews. Pretty impressive, and to paraphrase the Beatles, more popular than the bible.

Thanks for the heads up Eric. Of the two volumes is the first a better one to go for would you say? Is it a complete random mix in each volume or is there a different focus of items Per book ?
          Regards.

Sounds interesting, anyone can post the table of contents from vol.1 and 2?

As Eric said, I now have my copy of Volume II in hand, though I haven't had a chance to do more than leaf through it yet. Fabulous photos, both period and post-war. The subjects covered are very extensive. It's a fine companion piece to Volume I, and I believe Bill is working on at least one more volume! It's worth the wait and the price!

              Cheers,

              Br. James

The first is better in overall content and the sheer volume of stories that Bill has to tell about his buys. Volume two has a lot of Goring items in it, I must say though, I am really enjoying volume two but if you are going to just buy one of them then get volume 1.
