Hello,
How many books can you find just dedicated to Hanna Reitsch? While I have read many books that mention her and her exploits, few books just focus on her. This biography by Dennis Piszkiewicz should fit the bill. While the book is rather short just 126 pages, Mr. Piszkiewicz still does a nice job discussing Hanna, her early days, her work as a test pilot and work with Otto Skorzeny, and even the suicide of her fanatical Nazi parents. The book does a nice job on her post-WWII career and her death. In addition, there are several nice photos of Hanna in the book.
This book was printed in 1997 and may be tough to find, but it is a must for anyone interested in the history of the Luftwaffe.
Regards,
Jody
