French author Henri Mounine

Anyone here who knows the French author Henri Mounine?
In 1999 he published the book Cernay 40–45, a book about the SS training camp in Sennheim.
Any help would be very much appreciated!

I believe he died, unexpectedly and at a relatively young age, a few years ago.
