Mein Kampf silver edition with signature A.Hitler

Hello all,

I want some opinions about this silver edition of Mein Kampf.
The book is not mine or in my possesion!!!
I know the guy who owns the book.
This edition has a personal writing in it from Adolf Hitler to Gauleiter Rudolf Jordan.
A silver plate is added to the front of the book.
This is the book, and the Dutch collectors will remember, that earlier this year made the news.
An art gallery in Amsterdam got the book from a Amsterdam family who wanted to stay anonymous. So there is no further information about it.
My question is;
Is it original?
Is the signature of Adolf Hitler original?
If original, what value should he put on it for selling it?

Ray, I think the problem is many don't have experience in this type of item, so inevitably they don't want be wrong in their evaluation....You may want to research some of the sellers of exotic TR items and send your inquiries to them...Good Luck, Bodes
