With this email, because of differences over editorial policy, we have to communicate, the immediate cessation of the publishing of the magazine "The European Volunteer in World War II 1939-1945", published by Edizioni L'Assaulto.
We are dismayed and saddened at having to take this decision, which has become unfortunately not deferrable.
We thank all our readers and distributors, the support given to us in this editorial adventure, and we remain at your disposal for any request and clarification.
I apologize to all of you, for this unexpected and unfortunate ending.

The editor emailed me recently, and among other topics, mentioned he's going to continue the magazine under a new name (possibly "Axis Forces"). So it isn't really going away.
