    Kajaki

Yesterday I saw a splendid movie: Kajaki.

It is about British soldiers guarding the Kajaki Dam in Afghanistan set out to resque a three men team after one of them loses a leg to a landmine.

    Worth seeing!

I have followed the series of Ross Kemp in Afghanistan. It was also worth seeing.

I've been in Afghanistan myself so I've also seen the real stuff

      Hi Jan,

I followed these series too. Very well worth seeing indeed.

I did not know you served in Afghanistan. For how long? Must be pretty harsh.

5 months. In the South of Afghanistan it was much more harsh than in the North where we were stationed.

I thought it was a good film and I've been there a couple of times. The end of the film has various radio messages from callsigns on the ground in all sorts of situations in areas I know well. This sent a shiver down my spine to be honest.
