The book has been "released." In reality, that means that Helion received it from the printer. Now it has to be distributed, which takes a few weeks. Some individual UK customers might have a copy soon, but you'll probably have to wait a while for most potential reviewers to receive theirs.

At least the Sweden-based Adlibris.com lists the book as available.
