I just watched this excellent documentary on dvd from Netflix.
An independent cameraman and his son spend up to a year with a few different combat units in Afghanistan, mostly with the 101st Airborne.
A lot of up close action and no political narration. Put together well with plenty of brief explanations of what is going on throughout the documentary.
I would have liked it to be longer, watching it goes by fast and the sound of all the bullets snapping by the cameraman makes you want to duck for cover.
