They should have printed a hard cover when the book first came out.Do a 100 copy limited print,Have them signed and numbered.The cost would not matter.All die hard collectors would be happy,like me!

How can some publishers print a hard cover cheaper than other publishers can do a soft cover???

A very worthy read IMO that was well written and researched, wish I had the hardcover option back when I bought it as I suppose the paper and photo quality will be much better.

The paperback had a horrible binding. I got a signed copy and it fell apart by the time I was half way through it.
