Gentlemen -

Some time ago I picked up a copy of this title which was published back in 1997.

I found this book to be a true "treasure trove" of information and the "bible" when it comes to the structure, organization and leading personalities of the Allgemeine SS.

The book's 6 chapters include:

1) SS Command and Administration
2) Higher SS and Police Leaders 6 SS and Police Leaders
3) Main Districts
4) Districts
5) Foot Regiments
6) Mounted Districts and Regiments

Additionally and for better geographical understanding the book includes 6 detailed maps of SS Gruppen, Oberabschnitte, Standarten, Wehkreise, etc.

Needless to say that all leading personalities are featured with rare, unpublished photos, reflecting their complete careers in great detail.

I cannot image any true SS collection without this essential title in their archives.

Just thought I'd share my thoughts on this title.

Thanks for thoughts, amazing how many SS "dealer experts" could learn how and what to write in their ludicrous militaria descriptions if they had a copy.
