Wondering if anyone has seen this film 'Das radikal Böse' ?

From the trailer it looks like a cross between a documentary, re-enactment and the movie 'Dogville'. I'd be interested to hear opinions of anyone who has seen it or who knows if it's coming to DVD (& if subtitled).
