Tiger 131 wartime colour photo.

Hi,

Just to let you know, there is a guy, Federico Peyrani, on Tiger in Focus website who has details of a colour photo of 504th Battalions Tiger 131 , taken in Tunisia in early 1943 . It has the crew mounted on the hull deck.

It has been verified as genuine by the only people who would know. They currently own the tank .

Hi Remy,

This photo is not publicly viewable at present with the current owner. There is no link to see it.

The posting is for anyone who might wish to speak with Federico about buying it from the owner.

I spent many months putting the photo and Bovington together, but the deal fell through.
It was , however, made clear that the photo is genuine and is for sale.

It would be nice to think that someone who collects photos of Tiger would buy it and make it available to view by us mere mortals. Maybe even work with Bovington to re-unite the photo and the tank.
