I just heard that best selling author Tom Clancy has died at the age of 66....RIP Tom....Bodes

Just heard that too. I think he was very underrated.

I remember years and years ago reading 'Red Storm Rising' and at the start of that book thinking this is pure pulp, but after getting a short way into it being completely hooked and very impressed. I remember changing my mind on him right there. R.I.P.

Also quite interesting how Hollywood raped his Sum of All Fears by changing the villains from Islamic terrorists to Neonazis.

I am actually thinking the same thing. I will need to re-buy it when I get a chance (unless I can find it in a box somewhere). I really hope hollywood don't make a movie out of that one as they'd be bound to mess it up
