    Used reference books

    Can I suggest that anyone purchasing used reference works from militaria dealers websites should always check to see if the same book is available elsewhere.

    I found a pair of Third Reich awards reference books on a UK dealers website @ £90. I have just purchased the exact same 2 books for £40 from a used book dealer using a book finder service called ABE Books.

    Bingo - and you can use the search function on ABE to list the lowest price ones first. I always check ABE before buying from eBay, a dealer, Amazon or anywhere else. You can find the exact same book priced from $5 to $50.
