apparently the virtually non -existant "panthers to the front memoir" has been incorporated into a new book about to be published by Helion on the actions and fate of the Brandenburg panzer grenadier unit that finished its days in Berlin , the price is £59 which is a lot , postage to me (living in the UK , WHERE THE PRINTERS ARE BASED ) is £9.50 which is excessive to say the least ! does anyone have any info as to whether its worth shelling out this amount of dosh for this book ?

The publisher confirmed to me that they have a ton of new information which recently dropped into their lap and so they are completely remaking the book over to incorporate the new info and photos.
As for shipping costs. It's the biggest headache for every book seller. With fuel costs having doubled over the past 5 yrs. all the shippers have increased their prices. So yes it does indeed cost more to send a little old book to a customer.
