I am going to visit budapest in a few weeks, so I just ordered this book:

Battle for Budapest by Krisztian Ungvary (mine will be in german ofc).

I dont know whether its good but I read only good things about it. I hope this helps.

Try it, includes the surviving text proposals for all awards in Budapest. More (and correct) on both divisions than available elsewhere, as well as the Brigade, pre-Brigade Reiterstandarten, etc
