Can anyone recommend books on the Jager/GJ divisions?

    Can anyone recommend books on the Jager/GJ divisions?

    I am new to the sight and I would really like to find out more information on the Jager divisions in terms of composition, action, equipment, memoirs etc..

    So far I have these for GJ books:

    Alpine Elite

    Black Edelweiss

    6 days in Jan.

    German Mountain Troops...Schiffer press

    Hitlers Mountain troops 1939-45

    German Elite forces

    Final Defense of the Reich (6th SS GJ)

    Osprey's book on GJ

    Karstjager

    German Sniper on the Eastern Front

    Are there anymore memoirs out there I should pick up, I only have the three and would like to get another one, also more detailed information as most of those books are just pictures.

    Also, I have found nothing on the Jager Divisions other than wikipedia. All recommendations would be much appreciated!

    I'm fascinated by Jager Divisions as well. Unfortunately I haven't found much information on these units. I'm still looking!

      Hi the Collectors Guild has a book on Jäger troops.Check his reference book section. Brian

        I have that book, Its not that great and really does not focus on the Jagers that much. Most sources I see are in German.
