elsewhere on WAF this very book/large magazine? has been discussed. Some stated they have it in their collections and like it.
As far as price...not too much if considering the book worlds views. Usually anything non-German, and after the war (albeit immediatly after as yours is) does not command the high prices.
Personally, I would want one in my collection of "Allied literature/progadanda on the Nazis and especially the SS."
So, to answer you :yes it is a popular book/ magazine.
