Just an FYI about a new book collating Soviet survivors testimonies (only in German so far I think?):-

(BTW - recently watched the DVD "Stalingrad [2005]" based on an original German documentary which I thought was excellent. Similar theme, lots of veteran interviews, though from both sides.)

Any new info on the Stalingrad battle is welcome news, it's the battle that has captured my interest the most of any Ost front battle!
