Can anyone identify this Tiger I booklet?

Can anyone identify this book? It is not the Tigerfibel, I own an original Tigerfibel and it does not look like this.

The picture is a screen capture from a Tiger I dvd I bought from England. I have never seen this book and would really like to know what it is. Can anyone identify it?
