Achievement Book
The book was used by the Hitler Youth to track and record acheivements. It would include records of testing on knowledge of songs, The D.J. or Deutches Jungvolk, Physical fitness, military science and political orientation.
You asked: Is it scarce or common?
Docs like this may be out there but you don't see a whole lot of them. Most people are more interested in the "common" documents like Wehrpass, Soldbuchs, Kenkartes, and Fuhrerschein. H.J. and Sports Badges come up for auction every once in a while. If there is a "serious" collector watching the auction the docs can go for good money. Most people don't know what they are and or what they are looking at thus you can snag one for a great deal or they don't sell.
Personally if I had it I would hold on to it. I don't have one and as a collector I would like to have at least one of everything.Comment

Achievement Book...There are other Leistungsbuchs out there: HJ, DJ/HJ (yours), NS-Fliegerkorps, Reiter und Fahrer (horse riders or drivers), etc.
& what would you estimate it's value to be?
A blank one is $15 to $20
A well filled out one could go as high as $50
So, I would say somewhere between $20 and $50, like say $35.
The above pricing is of course just an estimate and based on today's prices and if anything I am on the low side. Because like I said before you never know...if someone wants something the price can go way up and if no one is really looking you might be lucky to get $20 for it.
