Imperial German Flight Badges

I wish to recommend Imperial German Flight Badges , Vol 1, by Robert Pandis.

This first volume comprises 174 pages, printed on glossy, high-quality stock and around 500 photos.

I recall some years ago trying to acquire an original Prussian observer badge and being overwhelmed by the number of good fakes on dealer sites. They far exceeded the supply of original pieces. I was fortunate enough to be able to contact Rob Pandis who steered me in the right direction.

I think that reading this excellent reference may encourage a new collecting obsession.

I ordered mine from Bender Publications, costing $75.

I see Winadore Press (Previtora) has just released a massive tome on the
Imperial German and Bavarian Army flight badges too. (also Volume 1),
it is called "Imperial Sky", 616 pages, over 1,500 unpublished photos,
etc, limited edition for US $185.00, and standard edition for US $159.95.
