It's a mixture of footage. Most of it is the SS-Panzerkorps north of Belgorad, during the Kursk offensive. Some of the Waffen-SS stuff, especially around the 1:30 mark, is IV. SS-Panzerkorps near Warsaw in the late summer of 1944. Other bits are some Heer Panzer Division from 1941 or 1942, especially towards the end of the video.
