It's a basic common Red Cross First Aid Book, so 20 Euros seems reasonable. I wouldn't be persuaded to pay more just because of the SS runes beside the author's name.

FYI, an identical one (except it was the 17th printing of 1942, missing one page) recently sold on eBay for approximately US$15.00
