Recommendation Sought for Hitler Youth Book

I am looking to do a little more reading on the Hitler Youth movement and I am hoping that the membership may have a recommendation for an excellent book that details the history of the movement.

I am considering the purchase of: The Hitler Youth - Origins and Development 1922-1945 by H.W. Koch

there is "the memoirs of Baldur von Schirach" unfortunately only in paperback
