    Thinking about buying the book: Twelve Years With Hitler: A History of 1. Kompanie Leibstandarte SS Adolf Hitler

          Fantastic book on Theodor "Teddy" Wisch's famous 1./LSSAH.

          A veteran book, so don't expect too much critical material in it.


          My first edition was given to the late Ernst Barkmann to his birthday from Wisch, Stenwedel and Hein Springer!


          You won't regret your purchase.

            When you say critical material do you mean the content is a little on the dry side?

            Is it a tough read or easy to get through?

              Sorry, I did not express myself clearly enough.

              No, I wanted to rather say that the mtrl is not self-critical in
              any way.

              It's easy to read and entertaining. No worries you might get
              bored. Definitely one of the standard works on the 'LAH' written
              by the men who were part of it.
