I wasn't quite sure where to put this so I figured media might be a good place.
I was up most of last night skinning Hueys as part of a 174th AHC package I'm putting together for Flight Simulator 2002. Flyable of course with working gauges. The airfield was made by Bob Holland and represents Duc Pho where the 174th operated from.
The work is still preliminary but you get the idea. I'm not finished but I think so far it's coming along better than I had hoped for. I've played with this idea since 2008 so once it's all done it will be a comprehensive package.
Here are some screen shots.
First up is Easy Rider 2. Easy Rider 1 crashed due to tail strike. UH-1M 66-15242 One of only three of the original eight Shark gunships to survive Lam Son 719.
