Books on Waffen-SS and War Crimes

For a English essay, I've decided to argue the role of the Waffen-SS in war crimes and whether the entire W-SS should have been considered war criminals (obviously not, but can't be biased ).

My question....anyone know any good websites and books debating the topic?

The Waffen-SS by George Stein gives a good mental breakdown regarding the W-SS in general. Avoid books with personal opinions as that is not what writing history is all about.

Hi Lev, do you have an answer now which books are the most unbiased towards the history of the Waffen-SS and crimes done by men wearing the Waffen-SS uniform?

Sorry for the long awaited reply. Wish there was one. Unfortunately there's always two sides to the truth and we have to deal with what we have. Guess in the end, it depends on the man, not the uniform.
