Hi Andy, As far as I no Dorrs Books are not in English, I no weitze.net had the revised 2006 Version for sale not so long ago.

Is it out of print? My copy, gathering dust in my shelves, is signed by Dorr "Weinachten 2006" and is the 2006 edition. I guess that was the one and only ed.
