    New Bender book on Helmets

    Got a flyer today for the new Bender 3rd Reich helmets book, as well as his first US Civil War uniforms book (Marines)

        The helmet book's 1st printing nearly sold sold out at the publisher from what several book dealers have told me. I assume it has consierably more actual data and research than any similar Schiffer stuff, just going by the standard of both publishers.

        As a passing comment and outside my area, but I enjoyed the Marine uniforms of Civil War book, but I enjoy all collector period books showing rare items
