In my opinion, without a doubt, Zulu. Love Great Escape and Bridge over the River Kwai too. Platoon is pretty cool as well. Let's hear it....

Not simply a theme song, but the entire score to the movie Glory is really fitting and beautiful.
The movie itself is wonderful, but with that music, especially as they storm the fort, wow!
