I was watching the film aliens last night (the one with sigourney weaver) and realised that the two heavy machine guns carried by two of the marines are modified mg42's. I was wondering if anyone else familiar with the movie saw this?

Yeah i remember those 42's in aliens.If you look carefully theres all sorts of moded ww2 guns in films, did you see the mg 34's in the first (or now 4th) star wars films carried by some storm troopers.When chewy and hans are prisoner in the death star being taken in the lift.( if i remember that far back
