I can't find the old thread on this, and thought I read that it was coming out on March 31st. Has anyone received their copy yet, and if so, comments/opinions/impressions?

They landed in CA from the printer a few days ago, should ship shortly.

No doubt it will be as exhaustive as volume 1.
