I have not read it, but it sounds like sensationalist rubbish to me...

The facts regarding Hitler's death are now well established, especially since the former Soviet archives have opened up.

In 1982 I saw a headline on a supermarket tabloid that screemed "Hiter is alive! 92 year old madman plans the Argentine invasion of the Falklands!" This book sounds like more of the same.
