My Leather Edition of the Infantry Assault Badges, and the Glider Pilot Badge are arrived this morning.
      These books are beautifully produced.
The new Infantry Assault Badges version is more documented that the 2006 edition that I have already in German.
Very good job Sacha and Stijn ...
      Thanks to Dietrich.

          Other Reference Books?

          Matt,

Thank you for the advise - I have been looking for such a book on IABs.

Are you familiar with Gordon Williamson's book "Torpedo los!"? I am hoping that the IAB book covers badges/makers in a similar, if not better, fashion as U-Boot badges are covered in "Torpedo los!"

I am also looking for similar books on PABs, GABs, Wound Badges, Shooting Lanyards (I would guess these are covered in a good "uniforms" book) and various Luftwaffe badges.

Any specific recommendations? All comments are appreciated. Thank you.

          Erich

Finally bought myself a copy of B&D Sacha Weber: Infantry Assault Badge and immediately from the same series The Krim shield. I am very, VERY pleased with these books because they are a true goldmine for the collector. I love the very detailed pics and accurate descriptions of all different versions. I definitely going to search for more books from this series (hope there's one for the GAB in English).

Thanks to the publisher and writers of these amazing books
