    Dear All,

    Just thought I'd let you all know as I have seen some copies going for rediculous money (£342 on www.amazon.com and saw one copy go very recently on www.ebay.de for £120) that Stephen still has the book for sale for $125 from his website on:-

    I have to be honest, I called him to discuss the order yesterday and he really is a true gentleman and very enthusiastic within his field.

    I could not recommend a better retailer or a better gentleman to deal with. Stephen Previtera you are a star.

    I bought a medal from Stephen at the SOS, and I agree that he is certainly a gentleman to deal with.

    Thanks for the information about his book. I plan on purchasing that soon enough myself.
