DVD set "Voices from Hitler's Army"

I had never seen this 6 part program before. I was glad I bought it. It is all interviews with German veterans. It has great war footage also. The six parts are...Blitzkrieg,The Luftwaffe,The Waffen SS,U-Boats,Russia,Defending Berlin. It was nice to hear the stories straight from the men who were there. It was not political or judgemental at all. Or least not much. I think anyone on this forum would enjoy it. I watched the entire set twice in 4 days.

I second that. I bought it about a year ago and also have viewed it several times. Very interesting to hear the German veterans prespective. Recommend it.

yep, you're right, unless you live in Italy where they bloody lock the players to sell you the DVD overprized!
I do have a region free player though, but problem is that, again, if I have to buy it from the US, it will cost me approx $30 more for Customs. Don't make me go into political comments about my country now

If you make an online serach for the unlock code for your model dvd player you will have a region free dvd in minutes

Picked the set up on EBAY last night after reading the reviews here. I look forward to watching it and will let everyone know what I thought about it. Thanks for the recommendation.
