I have to admit that I am totally ignorant about ww2 pacific war.
To me second world war was only Europe, Africa and Russia. Nothing more. How stupid I have been.
On a garage sale I found a book called the Bushido Knights by Lord Russell of Liverpool published in 1958: it was about the Jap war crimes and, Lord, I didn't had any idea of what happened down there. I thought that the nazis were the worst but the ww2 jap soldiers were even worst.
This book make me very curious about this new big war theatre so full of hate and pain: want to start finding and reading good books upon the aerial and marine war in the Pacific. And my respect for the Allied soldiers who fought and won against such a cruel ennemie is gettin even bigger!
Is now time to start another historic chapter. Best regards folks.
